Design and Display
The Infinix Hot 10 Play has a plastic build which helps keep costs low. It has a 6.82-inch HD+ LCD screen with a waterdrop notch and minimal bezels on the sides, giving it an 82.4% screen-to-body ratio. The screen Resolution is 720 x 1640 pixels which is decent for the price point. On the back is a dual camera module housed in a square block. The phone comes in colors like Aegean Blue, Morandi Green, and Obsidian Black.
Hardware and Performance
Under the hood is a MediaTek Helio G25 octa-core chipset clocked up to 2GHz. This is paired with either 2GB/32GB or 4GB/64GB of RAM/storage depending on the variant. The storage can be expanded up to 512GB via the dedicated microSD card slot. Powering the setup is a massive 6000mAh battery which Infinix claims can provide up to 48 hours of usage on a single charge. Fast charging is supported at 10W which should provide enough juice for the day in around 3 hours.
Cameras
For photography, there is a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 13MP primary sensor and a QVGA secondary sensor. Features include quad-LED flash, HDR, and the ability to record 1080p videos at 30fps. Selfies are handled by an 8MP front-facing camera with an LED flash.
Software and Other Features
The Infinix Hot 10 Play runs XOS 7.0 based on Android 10 (Go edition). It has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Other specs include dual SIM support, 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio.
