OnePlus 3 Toady Price in Nigeria

The OnePlus 3T was released in November 2016 as an upgraded version of the popular OnePlus 3 smartphone. Keeping the same premium metal unibody design, the 3T brought some welcome improvements over its predecessor.

Display and Design
The 3T retained the 5.5-inch 1080p Optic AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 4 protection from the OnePlus 3. The aluminum unibody had a thickness of just 7.4mm and weighed 158g. It was available in attractive gunmetal, soft gold, and midnight black.

Hardware and Performance
One of the biggest upgrades was the move to the faster Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, a quad-core chip with two cores running at 2.35GHz and two at 1.6GHz. This was paired with a beefy 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage (no microSD expansion).

The Snapdragon 821 and 6GB RAM provided fantastic performance, breezing through games and multitasking. In benchmarks like AnTuTu, it scored over 171,000.

Camera
The rear camera also upgraded to a 16MP f/2.0 sensor with PDAF, OIS, 4K video recording, and improved electronic image stabilization. The 16MP front camera remained unchanged but was still excellent for selfies.

Battery and Charging
Despite the processor upgrade, battery life was still excellent thanks to the 3,400mAh capacity and efficient Snapdragon 821 chip. When it did need a top-up, the OnePlus 3T supported speedy 20W fast charging over its USB-C port.

So in summary, while keeping the great metal design and display of the OnePlus 3, the 3T brought meaningful upgrades to performance, camera capabilities, and battery life. It continued OnePlus’ tradition of flagship specs at a relatively affordable price point, earning its “flagship killer” nickname.
