Storage options include 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. The tablet runs on Android 11 out of the box. In benchmarks, the Realme Pad scores around 187k on AnTuTu and manages around 9fps on GPU tests.

Keeping the lights on is a sizable 7100mAh battery which Realme claims can last for up to 12 hours of usage on a single charge. It supports 18W fast charging via the USB Type-C port. As for connectivity, the Realme Pad has dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and 4G LTE on cellular variants. There is also a 3.5mm headphone jack and quad speakers.
